Jack Evans playing at Curzon Ashton |
Manager Paul Caddis has already brought in players capable of playing at left-back, including Jordan Cranston who signed earlier this week.
He played for National League North champions AFC Fylde last season and started his career with Wolves and played for the Wales Under 18s.
But where does that leave Jack Evans? A Josh Gowling signing and now 22, Evans was popular among supporters last season and was solid at left-back. He was also crowned Junior Bulls' player of the season.
In total, he made 30 appearances and scored three goals.
He has been offered a contract to stay at Edgar Street but currently isn't training with the side.
Manager Paul Caddis told Bulls News yesterday that Evans was instead training with a National League side.
He said Evans had every right to try and get back into full-time football, having previously been on the books at Forest Green.
Caddis said he wouldn't want to stand in his way because he's a brilliant lad.
He also said he wished Evans well.
