Decisions Right And Wrong

Today's match at Edgar Street was one of the more entertaining this season. There were four goals for a start. That's the most since January 28th.

But it was the decisions which will be talked about. Three in particular. Firstly the penalty to Hereford which was over-ruled.

"I'm not quite sure it was a hand ball," said Hereford interim manager Yan Klukowski.

"But the referee was certainly better placed to make that decision in the initial stages.

"I'm not quite sure whether the linesman's decision making process come to play, has he been affected by the opposition in the time period when they appealed. Maybe.

"But it wasn't given."

Brackley Player Protesting To The Referee

Ryan Lloyd could have had a hat-trick but one of his goals was ruled offside.

"That one was definitely onside, that is a decision that the officals have got wrong this afternoon.

"That denied us three points. That would have been a magnificent three points and a fantastic hat-trick from Ryan Lloyd."

Finally the second Brackley goal which was said to be a yard out of play.

"The big decisions have gone against us."
