After Friday's 2-0 win over Hereford, Leamington manager Paul Holleran spoke about the type of players he has to bring into the club because of the small budget he has.
In particular he mentioned 21 year old goalkeeper Ted Cann who is on loan from West Bromwich and was man of the match.
"People have to understand that the model we've got we've had to bring in young untried and untested players like Ted Cann," said Holleran.
"Players from leagues below or loan players who haven't got the experience of playing 40/50 games in one season in this division and that's where they struggle.
"But it's a model we've done sucessfully for years. Lots of young players benefit from it and I'm sure there will be more.
"We're all set, there are no Easter eggs, it's all about Kettering now which will be a very important game."
A few more words about Cann.
"It was the best game he's had for us.
"He's a 6ft 7in boy and when he stretches himself, he fills the goal.
"He's pulled off some wonderful saves.
"I'm delighted for him."
