Hereford FC are seeking the widest possible responses to their supporters survey which can be accessed here:

As incentives to complete the survey the club are offering a draw with four prizes:

• 1x Family Ticket Voucher (2 adults & 3 U16s)

The survey offers plenty of opportunities to provide comments and suggestions on all aspects of the club.
