There was a National League EGM last Thursday at which some changes to the structure of the board were approved.
There will be more representation for both National North and National South clubs on the board.
The board will now consist of 13 members made up of a chairman, two independent members, six members representing National League clubs and four members from the National North and South (two each).
Voting on resolutions has also been changed. Each club will have one vote.
Resolutions will need a majority, plus a majority of Step One (National Premier) clubs.
Whilst this goes some way towards what National North and South clubs want, true democracy is still some way off.
Meanwhile a vote to have seven substitutes as opposed to five was defeated.
Finally it appears that the National League have stopped clubs posting match footage from yesterday's games until Monday morning.
