Hereford FC spent £2640 on agents fees in the year to February 1st 2021.
Figures released by the FA show that, in total, clubs from the National League System paid a combined £271,838 to intermediaries.
Notts County's £57,958 was the highest whilst Guiseley's was the lowest, at just £450.
AFC Fylde topped the Northern League with £18,388 spent whilst York's total was £13,099.
Fellow play-off chasers Boston United spent just £1,000 on these fees.
Kidderminster Harriers spent £11,755.
Overall, clubs in National League North accounted for £49,672 of the National League fees, while South division clubs spent just £8,290.
