Gloucester manager James Rowe is being looked at by Chesterfield who sacked their manager John Pemberton last week.
According to GloucestershireLive there has been an official approach for Rowe who has been at Gloucester for twelve months.
Gloucester currently top the National North League whilst Chesterfield are 21st in the National League.
