ON THIS DAY | 12th August 1995 - The day the goalkeeper scored

On the 12th August 1995 Hereford defeated Barnet 4-1 in the opening game of the Division Three season. It was a fantastic start for new manager Graham Turner, with goalkeeper Chris MacKenzie scoring the 3rd goal. Chris was interviewed by Central News South the following Monday.
