Jordan Cullinane-Liburd has dropped down a division after deciding to leave Hereford.
The central defender has signed for Tamworth in Southern Premier League Central.
The Staffordshire side - who knocked Hereford out of the FA Cup last season - were second on goal difference with three games in hand when the campaign was halted.
Cullinane-Liburd could not commit to Hereford for the forthcoming season due to the Bulls deciding to have daytime training sessions.
