With the news that Joanie Roberts has joined the Hereford FC Board, in theory HUST (Hereford United Supporters Trust) now have control of the club as they have three directors out of a total of five.
When the club was set up the articles of association stated there were to be a maximum of seven directors on the board.
Four of these would be shareholder 'appointments' and three would be trust 'appointments'.
However because two shareholder directors have recently quit and not, as yet, been replaced, the balance now favours HUST.
One shareholder has already suggested that the decision to move the 50/50 match day draw from HUST back to the club might be reversed given the current make-up of the board.
