HUST, the Hereford United Supporters Trust, have been given extra time to purchase shares in Hereford FC.
Originally HUST had until the end of this month to complete the purchase of 50% of the shares in the club.
However HUST haven't managed to raise quite enough funds as yet. They still need another £79,000.
So the club has given them another twelve months to raise the money.
"We’re very sympathetic to HUST's situation, they’ve done extremely well
to purchase the amount that they have so far," said club chairman Andrew Graham.
"But with attendances
having dropped this season and taking into account other factors, we are
more than happy to extend the deadline."
Most of HUST's income comes from the 50/50 matchday draws at Edgar Street.
