It has been revealed that George Webb, one of Hereford FC's founding directors, resigned from his position on the club board on December 6th.
Originally the club said that Webb, who was only appointed as vice-chairman earlier this year, would stand down at the club's AGM.
However the AGM, which usually takes place in December, has been delayed until January 9th.
With Webb leaving, the club board is currently just five strong - Andrew Graham, Paul Quarrell, Peter Churchus, Helen Byard and Tony Taylor - usually there are seven directors.
In addition to the five directors Rob Bullock is a co-opted member of the board. He joined the club board 'to fill a temporary vacancy' when former director Mick Merrick resigned last August.
Merrick was a HUST nominated director and so HUST can put forward a name to replace him to the club board but, as yet, there has been no news from HUST of a nomination.
