Victor Sodeinde was in the Hereford squad which drew 0-0 with Guiseley.
He had returned to parent club Nottingham Forest after sustaining an injury.
Manager Russell Slade was asked about the winger.
"He had a little chance, he got a goal when he came on," said Slade.
"Then he picked up a little bit of any injury which meant that we didn't extend the loan straight away.
"We waited until he got fit again.
"He went to Forest and he's now fit.
"I think it's another opportunity for him because he has got a bit - he scruffy with the ball at his feet sometimes but he does go past people in training and he does nick a goal.
"He's useful to have around for sure."
