Kidderminster deserved a point out of last night's game at Darlington according to their manager John Pemberton.
Just before Darlington scored an incident left Kiddy's Rhys Williams with a suspected broken nose after a high challenge.
"You do play to the whistle but it’s a foul, it’s a blatant foul," said Pemberton as reported by the Kidderminster OS.
"I just don’t understand how you don’t give that, and I don’t want to start making excuses but it’s just facts.
"We showed a lot of effort tonight, certainly the second half, I don’t think they had a shot on goal.
"We were more than comfortable… we pinned them back and pinned them back, but we couldn’t quite get that breakthrough that we needed.
"We certainly deserved at least a point from it, if not more."
Last Tuesday Hereford had a goal disallowed at Southport after the referee deemed that a foul had taken place twenty or so seconds previously. Somewhat similar circumstances but a different ruling.
