Hereford travel to Bradford Park Avenue tomorrow and will start as favourities to win the National North League fixture.
Avenue manager Mark Bower has the difficult task of settling his players after they lost 8-0 to Brackley last time out.
"Hereford are strong, with an experienced manager (Russell Slade), and they have a very healthy budget at this level," said Bower as reported by the Telegraph and Argus.
"They come into the game as favourites, and their only target will be to win, whereas there's no pressure or expectation on us.
"It's a transitional period, but as long the players do the jobs we ask of them, we've got a chance."
Bower is hoping that give it's Non-League Day the gate will be higher than usual.
"People might turn up to see me coming back and hopefully the weather holds.
"Horsfall's not always the best place to play football but with the fence finished and bringing the supporters close to the pitch, it creates a better atmosphere.
"Hereford will bring a big following too, but hopefully there's something for our fans to cheer."
