Leamington Match Arrangements

This from Leamington FC:

With a large attendance anticipated tomorrow, Tuesday 1 October, for the match against former Football League Hereford FC, we are asking supporters of both sides to help with travel and parking by making use of the Match Day Bus Service, or by car sharing or using the Brakes Trust Mini-bus service.

For those coming to the Phillips 66 Community Stadium for the first time, please note that although there is parking for approximately 450 vehicles, there is NO alternative ‘on street parking’, as we are located on a busy country road with no pavements and surrounded by farmland.

We ask all supporters attending the game to either arrive a little bit earlier or give themselves additional time to utilise the bus services.  PRIORITY will be given to departure of the bus services from the stadium at the conclusion of the match.

The match will be segregated and that decision has been taken purely on safety grounds.
Hereford FC fans will be accommodated at the North Bank end of the ground (opposite end to clubhouse). Admission will be gained via turnstiles at the far end of car park from which you enter the site. There is covered terracing at that end for 200 persons plus covered seating for a further 50 fans (seating priority will be given to those who are older or have limited mobility – no additional fee).

Leamington FC fans will have access to the main stand, Harbury Lane End terracing and hard standing on the ‘dug out’ side of the ground plus the clubhouse. Admission will be via the turnstiles at the clubhouse end of ground.

Entry to the ground can be gained from 6.30pm onwards. Pitch-side catering units, bar and toilet facilities will be available at both ends of the ground. ALCOHOL will only be served in plastic containers.

Access for all supporters with a disability will be via entrance next to main turnstiles at the clubhouse end of the ground.

The Clubhouse Bar will be open to all fans at the conclusion of the match. BT Sport available.

ADMISSION PRICES are Adults £13, Concessions £9, Students (with ID) £6, Under 18 £3, Children Under 12 FREE. Programme £2.50
RAIL TRAVEL
Hereford fans please note that there is no train service upon which you can return to Hereford post match.
