POLL: Right decision to sack Richards, say fans, but who should replace him?

The fans have spoken, with 59% believing it was the right decision to sack Marc Richards, despite the season only being three games old.

However, 30% of the 619 votes cast did think the club should have given him more time. The other option was 'don't know'.
