The structure of football management at Hereford is expected to change after Marc Richards left his position as head coach on Monday.
It looks as though the board will look to appoint a manager as opposed to head coach. This is expected to be a full time position.
The reasoning behind this decision is to attract a suitable candidate with the experience to push the club towards league status.
Meanwhile Tim Harris, currently head of football, is expected to stay with the club but perhaps in a slightly different role.
In his post match interview Harris was asked what sort of person were the club looking for.
"I really need to sit down with the directors," said Harris.
"I'm sure you will appreciate a lot has happened in the last 48 hours but the important focus was today's game.
"What gets discussed afterwards will get discussed and it's something we'e really not had a conversation about at this present moment in time.
"I was brought in as head of football and I was asked to find some young coaches who had experience at the National North level and Marc was one of four people who was interviewed by the board two of the other four I knew as well.
"IAt the end of the day we need to sit down, we need to take stock.
"The one thing I will tell you is that we can't let it drag on.
"It has to be sorted as quickly as can but at the same time we don't want to make any mistakes.
"I need to have that time to discuss with the board exactly what their thoughts are and where they are going.
"In the meantime it's important that we put in performances like tonight and we pick up points."
