Westfields, Hereford Lads Club, Pegasus Juniors and Wellington have been moved to the Hellenic League.
Westfields will play in the Premier Division after playing in the Midland League for the past 16 years.
The other county sides have been moved across from the West Midlands (Regional League) and will play in the new 14-team Hellenic League Division One West (although there are ongoing discussions to increase it to 16 teams).
The decision has to be ratified by the various leagues and clubs have seven days to appeal.
