Eliot Richards Scored Hereford's 8000th Goal

 

Hereford Football Club Historian Ron Parrott has been delving into his stats and has come up with another fact well worth noting.

Back in January when Hereford travelled to Guiseley one frosty Tuesday evening, Eliot Richard scored Hereford's 8000th goal. 

 

'The second half started briskly for Hereford. A corner from the right was only cleared to Richards, on the edge of the area. His powerful shot found its way into the net with the aid of a deflection to make it 1-1.'
