Former Westfields manager Andy Bevan has been appointed as Head Coach of the Hereford FC Academy.
Bevan – who is a UEFA A Licence qualified coach – takes up his post having stepped down from his position as first team manager at Westfields at the end of the 2018/19 season.
In his new role, Bevan, will have responsibility for coaching strategies throughout the Hereford FC Academy – overseeing the work of all the coaches in the various age groups – and will work with Academy Chairman Paul Quarrell and the committee to plan and implement the future direction of the club’s player pathway.
He will also work closely with Head of Football Tim Harris to ensure there is a close link between the academy and the senior team.
