A Look At Spennymoor

Hereford FC are on the road again this weekend with a trip to Spennymoor which is not as far north as Blyth Spartans but still a long way.

Ground Information from Spennymoor OS:

Once inside the ground there are 739 seats available for supporters, 250 in the Ramside Hall Estates main stand and 489 in the Motif8 pond stand. These seats are available on a first come first served basis, there will be no reservations on seats for supporters.
The supporter’s marquee bar in the ground will be open from 1:30pm on Saturday and is available to visiting supporters, it is located next to the main stand and whilst U18’s are welcome an adult member of their family accompanies them.
Refreshment area facilities will also be open and available from 1:30pm on Saturday.
Toilets areas are also available within the ground with 2 disabled access toilets on either side of the ground.
Any persons that are deemed to be intoxicated and are a cause for concern may be refused entry.
Footballs are also not permitted within the spectator areas for this game.
Away coaches will drop supporters off at The Moors Tavern, which is open from 11am on a Saturday, they will then be sent away to park at the council offices at Green lane, Spennymoor, DL16 6JQ which is only one mile away for the coaches to drive.
The Moors Tavern is the club’s official clubhouse and is open to home and away supporters before and after the game (DL16 6QH) – just 80 metres from the Tees Crescent turnstile at The Brewery Field.

Car Parking:

Parking at the ground is currently for players and officials with limited disabled supporter parking which must be booked prior to the fixture date by contacting the club on 07871206474 or spennysec@gmail.com.
Supporters are strongly advised to use public transport or utilise car sharing and give themselves plenty of time for travel.  Supporters are requested to respect the surrounding areas and show consideration to neighbouring residents. The local police teams may ticket cars that are illegally or inconsiderately parked.
We recommend away supporters use the main Car Parks in the town centre, which is a short walk from the ground. Parking is free.

Admission will be by payment at the turnstiles and the following prices will apply;

Adult: £14
Concession (over 60): £9
Juniors Under 18s: £4
