Robins manager Michael Duff is said to be keen for Lloyd to build senior first team experience at Edgar Street rather than sitting on the bench at his parent club, according to Gloucestershire Live.
The 19-year-old has scored four goals since initially joining the Bulls on loan in October, with his loan spell running until the end of the season.
