Truro manager Leigh Robinson has said that he has a lot of respect for Hereford after the two sides drew 0-0 at Edgar Street last Saturday in the FA Cup.
“It was an entertaining game and a closely-fought battle between two
good sides,” said Robinson as reported by the Truro OS.
“I was really pleased with
the effort that my players put in; we worked extremely hard throughout
the game and were gutted that we couldn’t take our chance towards the
end.
“That said, I am happy with the way in which we acquitted ourselves. We
looked well-organised and solid defensively, which gave us a good
foundation on which to build.
“I have a lot of respect for Hereford as a club and I am delighted that
we have another opportunity at trying to get through to the next round
on Wednesday evening.
“I am expecting another tough, blood-and-thunder Cup tie as both sides
go hard at it. The rewards are there if we can get through and we will
be doing all that we can to make it into the next round.”
