News Round Up

Former Hereford United defender John McCombe has left Boston 'by mutual consent'. The 33 year old only joined the Pilgrims last June.

Meanwhile Boston have brought in striker Craig Westcarr who has spent the last two seasons at Alfreton.

AFC Telford should receive their new home kit in time for their fixture against Brackley Town next Tuesday. Manufactures Hummel have also had delay problems with kit destined for Charlton, Forest Green and Weston Super Mare.

The all new Hereford FC Womens team will compete in the Midwest Counties Female Football League this season. Their games are set to take place on Sunday afternoons.

King's Lynn chairman Stephen Cleeve says his club will have to pay Weymouth and Slough their % of entrance fees for kids who were let in for free at the play-off games. Apparantly Cleeve didn't check with the opponents first about pricing. 'They have based it on the under 19s price and in addition we have to pay the league their percentage of the gate money!'
