Hereford FC play their first pre-season friendly today with a short trip across the city to Old School Lane the home of Pegasus Juniors.
Manager Peter Beadle is expected to give all his available players a spell on the pitch but given the very warm weather the friendly isn't likely to be too competitive.
Currently Beadle has 19 players on the books and will want to increase that number by three or four. For certain another goalkeeper will be needed as Martin Horsell is the only keeper in the squad at present.
The friendly starts at 12 noon.
Meanwhile because of the game between England and Sweden which starts at 3pm, some shops in Hereford are closing early. Express Bathrooms is one of those. They are closing at 2pm to allow those who work there time off to watch the game.
