Nuneaton Borough have the access to their ground that they share with the town's rugby club blocked amid a row over the groundshare deal. Nuneaton Rugby club dumped two skips in front of the football club's access, meaning their preseason games currently can't go ahead unless they're played behind closed doors because they don't hold a safety certificate. The two clubs can't reach an agreement of new terms concerning the ground share.

Former Hereford United loanee James Baxendale has signed for Kidderminster Harriers having returned from a spell in the United States. The 25-year-old attacking midfielder has been training with the Harriers for three weeks, and manager Neil MacFarlane told the club's official website that his attitude has been infectious and has married into the team spirit.

AFC Telford United won't be able to wear their new bespoke home strip this weekend as there's been an issue with its manufacturer. The club had planned to wear the kit for the visit of Aston Villa this Saturday, but internal technical difficulties within the system of manufacturers Hummel mean it will now be delayed until the beginning of August when the season kicks off.

Chester have lost the services of 'highly-rated' striker Jordan Archer who's joined League Two Bury for an undisclosed fee. Prior to the move, HITC Sport reported that Chester were resigned to the fact that Archer would be on the move having attracted the attention of a number of clubs.
