Pete Beadle spoke to BBC H&W's reporter Keith Hall after today's 3-0 win over Chesham United.
Hereford were two goals to the good with ten minutes on the clock, and Beadle said he's so proud of his players and they deserved the early goals.
The Bulls boss said: "We're always please to score goals! We asked for a big start and a positive start and I think we've had that in the previous two games over the weekend. We started well but had to wait a little while for our goals, but today two goals came early and it was nothing less than what we deserved.
"We played ever so well for 20/25 minutes and then as staff we started to nit-pick and gave them a bit of a thingy at half time, just for little things that were going on. Chesham are dangerous, they've got some good players and are a threat.
"At 2-0, it's my worst score, I hate that one - until the 90th minute obviously - but it's a horrible score because the next goal is so important. But in the second half, they came out and barring the one save, Will hasn't been troubled. We're so pleased with what the players have done, they're strong, fit and quick, and at the minute we're in a real rich vein of form."
With suspensions not starting for seven days, Ryan Green was available for this afternoon's game and started alongside Jordan Liburd. Beadle said that there's plenty of players waiting on the side to come back into the side should they be needed.
"We've only got a small amount of rest before we have to travel down to Hitchin, and now Ryan's ban starts for the three games because he's only been sent off once this season - despite the press telling me he's been sent off earlier!
"So Ryan's not available, and we'll see how the boys are over the next couple of days. The bench is strong and we've been able to give John [Mills] a bit of a breather so he'll be fresh. Mike [Symons] is fresh, McGrath is, Deaman, Bird, Murphy and Bowen so we are very strong.
"If we do change it then players will be disappointed, but it's all about the bigger picture. The bigger picture is it's a team game and we need everyone out there and on their metal if they are called on to play. Today we've got the result with a fantastic performance and we'll recover now hopefully between now and Monday."
Some supporters are saying it's all over as Hereford are six points clear, with a game in hand, with just five games left to play. But Beadle insisted it's never over, but it is in his side's hand.
"It's never over, but they support the club and they see the team playing the way there are at the minute, but it's never over. We saw it in the Midland League and we got there with the second to last game of the season. We're in a fantastic position and we said before today, whether the results went our way or not, it was in our hands and it's still that way.
"If the players perform anywhere like they are at the moment then it's going to take a real big performance from someone to stop us. The lads will enjoy today because they've played really well, and then we'll get prepared and get ready for Monday."
