In tonight's big match in the Southern Premier League King's Lynn defeated Kettering 2-1.

Kettering took the lead with a penalty early in the second half. King's Lynn equalised on 61 minutes. Then took the lead six minutes later.

Kettering's Kalern Thomas was red carded and will probably miss the game against Hereford.

The win for King's Lynn takes them to 95 points, three less than the leaders Hereford but Lynn have played two more games.

Top of the League:

Hereford 41/98
King's Lynn 43/95
Weymouth 42/90
Slough 41/86
Kettering 40/85

BN Potential Points Table: (This assumes teams win all their remaining games)

Hereford 113
King's Lynn 104
Kettering 103
Weymouth 102
Slough 101

Hereford now need just two wins and a draw to take the title from their five remaining games. However given Hereford's better goal difference two wins may be enough.
