Southern Prem Weekend Review

The Evo-Stik League South Premier title race took another twist on Saturday.
King`s Lynn Town had suffered a couple of indifferent results, while Hereford FC had moved ten points clear after a seven-game winning run.
However, in front of a crowd of 3,424, the Linnets completed a league `double` over the Bulls, thanks to goals from Ryan Fryatt after 58 minutes and Toby Hilliard on 63 minutes
It was Hereford`s first defeat at home since 17th October.

Weymouth are just a point behind Lynn after edging out Biggleswade Town 2-1 at Langford Road.
The Terras got off to a great start when Thiago Da Silva put them in front after just 3 minutes.
Brandon Goodship then doubled the visitors` lead right on the stroke of half-time.
A Will Dennis own goal 12 minutes from time gave the Waders hope, but the Terras held firm.
Kettering Town`s game was off at Gosport Borough, and Slough Town are fifth after a 2-1 Arbour Park win over mid-table Frome Town.
The Somerset visitors led at the break, thanks to an 11th minute George Miller goal.
Three minutes after the interval, Chris Flood equalised and Simon Dunn won it for the Rebels on 66 minutes.
Chesham United could have gone level on points with Slough, but remain in sixth two points behind after being held to a 0-0 draw at the Meadow by another mid-table outfit, Hitchin Town.
Tiverton Town were in devastating form, however, hammering second-bottom Dunstable Town 7-1 at Ladysmead and are five points behind the play-off places.
After Jordan Rogers had given the Yellows a 21st minute lead, Tom Bath bagged a brace in the 33rd and 43rd minutes to take the hosts into the break 3-0 up.
Rogers scored again 2 minutes into the second half and Bath completed his hat-trick 2 minutes after that.
Arel Amu reduced the deficit from the penalty spot after 64 minutes, but Michael Landricombe on 76 minutes and Jared Lewington in stoppage time stretched Tivvy`s lead to 7-1.

Banbury United are a point behind Tiverton and had Elliot Sandy hitting all four goals in their first ever win over Farnborough.
Sandy scored either side of half-time and, after Jayden Antwi-Nyame had pulled one back for Boro after 56 minutes, completed his hat-trick from the spot on 75 minutes for which Farnborough keeper Craig Bradshaw received a straight red card for fouling Ricky Johnson.
Then on 89 minutes a free-kick made it 4-1 and all four for Sandy.
Royston Town are level on points with Banbury and won 4-0 at Garden Walk against fourth-bottom Kings Langley.
Adam Marriott scored the only goal of the opening half after 17 minutes.
But Danny Braithwaite after 54 minutes and a second for top scorer Marriott 11 minutes later made it game over, with Rohdell Gordon adding a fourth in the 88th minute.
Elsewhere, Ian Traylor bagged a brace in the 16th and 47th minutes as Merthyr Town won 2-1 at the Avenue Stadium against Dorchester Town, whose Luke Winsper replied just past the hour-mark.
A goal from Sam Smart 2 minute before half-time eventually proved enough for Basingstoke Town at the Camrose against St Neots Town, and Bishop`s Stortford made it back-to-back home wins with a 3-0 success against Redditch United.
Marvel Ekpiteta broke the deadlock to give the Blues the lead on the hour-mark and veteran Jamie Cureton added a second 6 minutes later, with Mark Hughes scoring the third 13 minutes from time.
