Former Hereford United loanee Peter Gulacsi could sign for either Arsenal or Chelsea with reports that both clubs are interested in the keeper's signature. On loan from Liverpool in 2009, Gulacsi made his league debut at Hereford before going onto to make a further 17 appearances for the Edgar Street club. It's claimed his current club Leipzig are demanding a fee of at least £25million.

Banbury United are hoping to expand its membership base by holding an open forum on Monday. The club's board members will be present to answer questions as well as to give an update on the club's ground and its plans for next season.

Elliot Webb from BBC Hereford and Worcester was at Edgar Street this morning as part of his Epic Sports Day for Sport Relief. The presenter is aiming to take part in 50 sports in 12 hours today and had a penalty shoot out with Edgar the Bull this morning.




King's Lynn Town manager Ian Culverhouse wants more of the same from his squad as they look to keep up the pressure on league leaders Hereford. Culverhouse told the Eastern Daily Press the players have been magnificent in the past three games, with their work and commitment second to none. They face Redditch tomorrow and Reds boss Tim Harris says if Hereford don't win the league then the Linnets will.

Cardiff Met Uni have been crowned back-to-back British Universities & Colleges Sport (BUCS) National Champions, with Joel Edwards part of the squad. The South Wales side came from behind twice to beat Hartpury 3-2 after extra time.
