The Hereford United Supporters Trust is pleased to be able to announce that a further £15,000 was handed over to Hereford FC at the shareholder’s AGM on 15th January.
It is less than three months since The Trust purchased £10,000 worth of shares at its own AGM. This takes the shareholding of the Trust to £135,000 and keeps it well on target to achieve its maximum allowable 50%.
Trust Chairman Richard Tomkins explained. “Our members have indicated on a number of occasions that the purchase of shares is a major priority of The Trust.”
“We are able to make a larger than normal purchase on this occasion due to the success of a number of fund-raising activities that have boosted the already impressive 50/50 sales”
