To Get A Premiership Team Would Be Fantastic said Deaman

Hereford's vice-captain Jack Deaman said the team now has added incentive to get past Fleetwood Town in next week's replay.

Either Fleetwood or Hereford will set themselves up with a home tie against former Premier League champions Leicester City in the third round of the FA Cup.

"It adds more incentive to the replay, obviously we didn't need much more but to get a Premiership team in the next round would be fantastic," Deaman told Bulls News.

"All of us will go into the replay with a great deal of confidence that we've taken from the first game, obviously we're expecting it to be a sell out here again.

"The fans were amazing on Saturday with the noise that they created. If we replicate that and then get a few more people here, it will stand us in good stead."

The media coverage over the past couple of days has been a lot more than what most Hereford players will be used to. There were extended highlights of Saturday's game, and tonight BBC Two hosted their coverage of the draw from Edgar Street.

"As a little boy everyone wants to play in the FA Cup.

"With the cameras being here tonight and us being such a low ranked team left in the competition it just adds incentive.

"It would be something we could test ourselves against, Jamie Vardy is renowned for his goal scoring and what he's done over the past couple of years.

"Testing yourself against any England International is something very special."
