Fleetwood skipper, Nathan Pond, made a big impression on Hereford fans when he took time out to buy young Hereford supporter, Keiran Phillips, a coffee at a Fleetwood service station after the match a fortnight ago.
Keiran was so overwhelmed by this gesture that he arranged with HUST to make a presentation to Nathan after the replay last Thursday.
HUST Director, Joanie Roberts, presented the Fleetwood legend with a selection from the latest “Street Heroes” ales, on behalf of Kieran Phillips, as he was overseas and unfortunately had to miss the replay at Edgar Street. Nathan received bottles of “Purdie’s Pride” Ale and “The Ginger Bull” Cider before boarding the team coach.
