James Bowen celebrating his goal at Weymouth last month |
After this afternoon's news that James Bowen has joined Solihull Moors on a deal until the end of the season, he has said it was a tough decision to leave Edgar Street.
"Just want to thank everyone at Hereford FC - management, players and the fans.
"I wouldn't have been the player I am without everyone's help."
Solihull are currently 23rd in the National League, two leagues above Hereford.
"I decided to make the move to test myself at a higher level," Bowen added.
"It was a hard decision, especially as the team are doing so well.
"All the best for the future, and once again, thanks for all the support and best wishes.
"Up the Bulls!"
Bowen will be in contention for their game against Guiseley on Saturday.
