Following today's 3-1 victory over St. Neots, Hereford manager Pete Beadle spoke to BBC H&W's Keith Hall.
"The performance was really, really good," said Beadle.
"It was a fantastic performance for 90 minutes, but we fell asleep a bit towards the end.
"It was a tough game, but we controlled it and looked comfortable. They (St. Neots) had one little threat when (Martin) Horsell made a great double-save, but outside of that they never really caused us a problem.
"We've just got to be a bit more clinical in both boxes."
Beadle then spoke about the new defensive partnership of Dan Preston and Dara O'Shea.
"The centre-half curse has struck again!
"Mark (Preece) turned up just before kick off and said he hadn't been well on the way down, so we didn't want to take a risk with him. Hopefully he'll be alright for Monday.
"So Dan (Preston) comes on and the pair of them looked solid, strong and really promising, but Dan got his studs caught in the ground and jarred his knee a little bit. Hopefully it won't be too much.
"Then at the end of what was an absolute fantastic performance from Dara, he's got himself sent off. Maybe it's that little bit of youthful inexperience.
"At 3-0 maybe you don't make the challenges you need to make"
Beadle then complimented his players starting with the back five.
"I thought all five of them were great. I thought the two in front of them were exceptional. I thought the two wide men put in a really good shift as well and the front two.
"Even John Mills coming back into his own box and making a challenge on the edge of the box from a clearance but that's what he needs to do and he knows that. He shown today that he can do it. No excuses Mr Mills."
At one stage the St Neots bench started to complain about a challenge.
"The challenge from Mark McGrath on the half-way line and that it was two footed.
"It looked two footed but I'm not sure it was high or reckless. It was one of those ones when he's taken it with one foot and put the other foot around. So it's a little bit scissors action. But to send him off would have been harsh. Their lad had his foot raised but studs pointing down in the challenge anyway so I thought the referee was a little bit in-different today but he was the same for both teams.
"That's what they were getting excited about.
"We were disappointed with one of their players on the bench who was quite personnel with his comments and their staff did nothing about it."

As well as O'Shea and Preston, Gethyn Hill also made his debut for the Bulls.
"You can see he lacks a little bit of match fitness, but hopefully the more games the sharper he'll get.
"He showed the promise and the type of ability that he's got. It would've been nice for him to round off with a goal when he had a chance near the end, but he looked good.
"It was a good promising debut."
