Ten years ago today Lionel Ainsworth agreed a one year deal with Hereford United.

Hereford United have this evening confirmed that Lionel Ainsworth has signed a one year deal.
They also reveal that a deal to sign Theo Robinson, the Watford striker, on a long term loan is close but may not be concluded until early next week. And it's also possible that Toumani Diagouraga could come to Edgar Street as well.
"We were hoping to announce a couple more before photocall, but they have not materialised. The clubs are delaying it until after the weekend. They might not be permanent signings but what we are hoping to do is get a couple of players in on season-long loans. But it's not a fore-gone conclusion," said Graham Turner in his weekly interview.
Later Turner said that he hoped to have Wayne Brown back from injury for Saturday's game but admitted he was still looking for a second goalkeeper.
