Greg Downs took over as player manager, and despite a weekly wage budget of around £4000 (Downs quoted this to me in an interview in November 2015) Hereford understandably struggled and with attendances regularly below 2000 this didn't help matters. A good run towards the end of the season staved off relegation, and the Bulls finished 17th again in the newly named Division Three. The footage has been playlisted and organised on the below link.
