News update from UITC:
Tonight will be Dan Emery's last session with us before departing for a new job, where he will be working full-time as a Football Development Officer for
Total Pro Soccer in Bristol. This is a great opportunity for Dan and
one that he couldn't turn down despite wanting to still be involved here
with his U15's. Dan, I believe was the longest serving coach with UITC
but unfortunately he will now be moving onto a new
challenge but please join me in wishing Dan all the best in his new
role and hopefully he will still come and support us when he isn't too
busy, which he is bound to be with the arrival of a baby girl at the
beginning of July. Thank you and Good Luck!
Moving
onto football, last weeks U18 semi final was postponed due to an
unplayable pitch, and is due to be played this week instead pushing the
Bromsgrove game back a couple of weeks. The results for the youth teams
were nothing to shout about, however, there were lots of positives to
take from performances. Here are all of last weeks results:
U12's 3-5 Yate
U13's 1-5 HPR
U14's 3-4 HPR
U15's 1-2 Gloucester City
U16's 1-1 Stourbridge
U18's Girls 6-1 Hutton
Another
positive result for the girls, who move closer to clinching the league
title and like the boys could be on for a league and cup double.
