Beadle Looks Forward To Salisbury Visit

Peter Beadle is looking forward to the visit of Salisbury tomorrow afternoon. The Hereford FC manager  is well aware that the last time the two clubs met was in the FA Trophy and Salisbury came out on top.

“In the first half of the game, we were good and at 2-1 up, we controlled the game,” Beadle told the Hereford Times.

“But then we gave away some poor goals and they came out on top.

"They have been in a similar situation to ourselves in the last 18 months.

"Both are fledging clubs who are in their second season and they’ve also got a good following.

"They have played in the Conference and have aspirations of returning there, like we have.

“Our lads are in good form and confident, and are scoring goals and keeping clean sheets.

“We’re almost halfway through the season and haven’t lost yet, but we won’t rest on our laurels.

“It’s important we still do our homework and and prepare in the right way give every team the respect they deserve.”

Tickets for the game remain on sale both online and from Edgar Street.
