One of Hereford's United in the community aims is to act as a players pathway from youth team to the first team. UITC have already seen Max Harris, Rory Huntbach, Lewis Clarke, Matt McDonald and Harry Franklin progressing to the first team from the under 18/19's.
However, it's the under 18's team that has seen the UITC player pathway conveyor belt in full motion with 7 players stepping up from under 16's level. Joe Regan and Cameron Gauci became the latest to make their debuts last night in the 2-0 win against Cheltenham. The side last night also featured Joe Mellars and Tom Hayes from the under 16's.
