Hereford supporters can listen to stories from Ken Mallender and Dudley Tyler and have some supper as well if they purchase tickets for an event which takes place on Tuesday evening before the Larkhall match.
Mallender and Tyler were part of the Giant-killers squad from 1972.
Commercial manager Martin Brain has told BBC Hereford and Worcester what's on the menu.
"Tuesday evening upstairs in the Hereford Suite from 6.45pm we have Hereford United legends Ken Mallender and Dudley Tyler doing a question and answer talk.
"It's open to anybody who wants to come, you can book online or ring the club office.
"It's £9.95 for pub style grub, Heggies pie this week, chips and peas and you can listen to Ken and Dudley talking about memories of their times with Hereford United for half an hour and then go and enjoy the game.
"We had Tommy Hughes here a couple of weeks ago on a Tuesday evening and it was really entertaining. Tommy spoke about his time at Hereford and other clubs, all the quirky little stories that went on, and scenes at the football club.
"So hopefully Ken and Dudley will be able to enlighten us about what used to happen here at Hereford United.
"I had a conversation with Ken the other day. He was telling me about their pre-match routine which would horrify the current playing staff.
"But that was how it was like in the seventies but it seemed successful.
"Apparantly they used to go for steak and chips at the Spread Eagle, then to the Green Dragon for an hour for a 'talk' and then they would walk to the ground."
The plan at Edgar Street is to hold more of these events on a Tuesday night.
"We're trying to make it a fans zone upstairs in the Hereford Suite where they can come in and have some food before the game.
"We have got someone lined up for the next game on November 22nd (Shortwood) but we haven't got a Tuesday night game for a little while after that. But there may be others rearranged."
