HUST have released the following statement in light of calls to postpone the forthcoming AGM
"There may have been issues with the mail service program which meant that a minority of members may not have received details of the AGM and Election processes individually. The EMG and its Independent Chairman Neil Le Milliere, have confirmed that the election process is entirely legitimate as all members have access to the information via the Official site. The large amount of documentation sent out is to ensure that members each have a copy of the constitution which is largely unchanged but needs to be ratified. The new sections largely relate to the appointment of HFC Directors from HUST. We look forward to seeing you all at the AGM."
