Salisbury Score Ten In Pre Hereford Game

Salisbury v Hereford Last March
Salisbury FC scored ten goals in their game against Dorchester last night.

On Saturday they play Hereford in the FA Trophy.

Last night's game was a 'Challenge League Cup-tie'.

Dorchester play in the Southern League Premier which is one tier higher than Salisbury who are, like Hereford, in the South and West League.

"The side were clinical today, we had the luck as well which we haven't really had all season," said manager Steve Claridge.

"I don't know how bad they were, or how good we were, but on a night like this, in not the biggest cup competition the players could have not taken it seriously, they definitely didn’t do that so I'm pleased."

Meanwhile Salisbury have announced the prices for Saturday's Trophy Tie.

Adults £9, Concessions (Seniors and Students) £6, Juniors £2, Under 5's Free.

Transfer to Seating £1

Parking £1.

Finally Hereford's Jimmy Oates remains 50/50 to be in the squad for the game according to coach Steve Jenkins.

"He's not going to be long but whether he will be ready for Saturday I'm not sure," said Jenkins.
