Former Hereford United youth goalkeeper Owen Evans has joined Rhyl on a six month long loan from Wigan Athletic.
Evans started his career at Edgar Street before being scouted by Wigan to where he moved in 2014.
He has also kept goal for the Wales U19's. His debut was against Montenegro in September 2014.
“I am delighted to have agreed a deal with Owen and to be able to
give him the experience of Senior football that he needs to develop, said Rhyl manager Neil McGuiness.
“He’s a good honest lad with the right attitude and a big career ahead
of him and I would like to help him progress in the future. I know he
will be a big hit at the Corbett Sports Stadium.”
