Carlos Moreira came on and scored as Cinderford lost 4-3 to Hitchin in the Southern Premier league. Former youth player Lewis Fletcher also scored and current youth player Sam Oxley came off the bench.
Sirdic Grant came on and scored for Westfields as they edged past Stourport Swifts 4-3 in the FA Cup. Sam Gwynne and Ben Miller also featured for Fields.
Also making league debuts for new sides were Nathan Summers and Harvey Rivers. Summer made his debut for Paulton as they began the new season with a 3-0 win against Wantage Town. Rivers made his debut for Cirencester as they lost 3-1 to Leamington.
