There will also be a free competition, open to anyone visiting the shop on Saturday (aged 7-11 years), to win a mascot place at Wembley on 22nd May – more details to be announced shortly!
The limited-edition ‘Subbuteo’ style Hereford FC sets are also being launched. The commemorative sets contain 16 Hereford FC players – each one individually hand painted in the UK including detail such as hair colour, facial hair, colour of boots and with numbers on the back. The sets come in a smart presentation box that measures 160mm by 160mm by 30mm, and the whole package makes each set a real collectors’ item. The sets are priced at £95 and no more than 25 sets will ever be made – the first 9 of which will be available from 10am on Saturday morning.
In addition to the sets themselves, on Saturday morning Hereford FC’s Wembley Shop will also launch a ‘Subbuteo’ themed t-shirt featuring Hereford FC figures on the front.
The t-shirt will be priced at £10 for adults and £8 for juniors and, while stocks last, it will be available during the shop’s weekend opening hours of 10am till 5pm on Saturday and 11am till 4pm on Sunday.
