Midland League Monitoring Fixture Situation

The Midland League are continuing to monitor the fixture situation as this note from their press officer makes clear.

A number of clubs and agencies have been asking the question regarding an extension to the season due to bad weather. We have not made any decisions at the moment but are closely monitoring the situation. If we experience any further severe weather problems we will then look at the situation at the time.

Clubs have between 11 and 18 League fixtures to play before the end of April. Hereford have 14 left but their involvement in three cup competitions could add up to another seven matches to fit in before the end of their season.

Meanwhile Walsall Wood are the Premier League's team of the month for February.
