A BBC investigation into the Council loan at Northampton claims that £600,000 of the £10.25million loan was spent on rebuilding former club chairman David Cardoza's house. Cardoza was arrested last week as part of a criminal inquiry by the Police to find out what happened to the money, with the BBC having scoured court documents and papers dealing with the liquidation of various companies.
