It's been revealed that a company of which former Hereford United 'owner' Andrew Lonsdale is a director, is in trouble with Companies House.
Aventum UK Limited, a company reported to be involved in 'the sale of timber and building material', is based in Sawbridgeworth, Herts.
Lonsdale was appointed as a director last August.
Today Companies House have sent a letter to the directors of Aventum giving them two months before the company is 'struck off'.
Aventum UK should have lodged accounts with Companies House by November 30th 2015.
